Here, it's the same thing, and the wrapper just happens to be one more host for these files. So, these JS emulators have to be usable in a standalone way, since they have to be embedded in non-TI-made hosts. Anyone able to correctly use google can actually get ahold of those TI files. And that is integrated into online-exam software, like Pearson stuff etc.
